• Average their scores to determine the Program Tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold)
• Use the higher of the two scores to determine pricing within that program

- Back-end Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratios now go up to 50%, with no front-end DTI requirements when credit is above 600

- Increased Loan Limits: Maximum loan amounts have increased to $600,000

- Rate & Term Refinances: Available on Primary Residence Chattel Loans

• Up to 95% LTV when credit is 600+
• Up to 90% LTV when credit is below 600
